I am not so sure the whole Scott Boras' empire is destined to "come crumbling down." I have no insider knowledge about his operations but my guess is the guys agency has numerous underlings assigned to every single client. Which allows him to monitor every situation fairly well.
I think he most at risk of breaching his fiduciary responsibilities to one of his clients. With so many competing players he may use one person's negotiations as leverage for another more valuable player (holding out one of his later first round picks to prevent a market from being set for a Strasburg-esque player). I am not saying that will happen, but I think it is more likely than him just being blatantly negligent.
