What really kills me is that it's not like Bradley or Soriano plays Gold Glove defense either... they weren't even hitting when Fox was tearing it up. I've said this before on the Cubs site... Pinellia puts too much emphasis on veterans whether or not they are producing and relies on what they did 3, 4, 5 years ago rather than right now. You look at the teams that win... they play the best players that give them the best chance to win. Pinellia is too g*d damn stuborn to be successful anymore. The game has changed and Pinellia refuses to adapt. How about in the playoffs last year continueing to play Koske when he was struggling, continueing wiht Soriano in the lead off spot this year, going into the season with only one lefty n the pen. Do you really think you can go the entire year with one lefty? Finally a trade thanks to Hendry but even so, Pinellia refuses to change things up. When you aren't winning, things obviousley need to change. Anf then he tries to come off like a strong leader saying "blame me". Well we are and someone needs to hold you accountable.
