Here’s what i do if i’m mgr.
I tell Swish that he’s our guy, he’s not getting benched. I’d tell him to relax up there and have fun. I’d tell him to just go up there and be a baseball player and not try and do too much. Do what you do best, work the count and battle.

I think Swisher should be benched because he has indicated he is totally not focus. For examples: game 3 in which the Yankees lost
when he came to bat with a runner at third base with one out on two different at bats and game 5 with the bases loaded in which he popped up. The ball was not a strike and if he had not swung it would have led to a tie ball game. Also, if you look at him, he is not comfortable at all when batting.
