Funny? Yes. Make any sense? None whatsoever. Seeing how Victorino went 6 for 15 in the 3 game series at the Yanks back in May where the Phils took 2 of 3. Put the entire team in a dress if they will hit .400 vs. the Yanks. But yeah your right, cant expect much from a rag like the NY Post.

Um, the Phillies won, what… 10 less games than the Yanks? … and they play in a weaker league too.
Rollins should have kept his mouth shut, as we all know if Jeter was classless enough to predict such a thing, Phillie fans would be upset.

I once heard an expression “act like you have been there before”. Obviously Yankees fans and their sports reporters have not heard of this because we all know they have been there many times before. Yet once again we hear this arrogant dribble how NY is better then anywhere else. The Yanks are unstoppable and we are waiting to go through the motions of playing the games to come to the unquestionable conclusion of another Yanks WS title. I guess when the only fans that can afford to actually watch the Yankees in person are people that built their wealth with junk bonds and Ponzi schemes you get a lot of scumbags in the bunch.
