Juan Pierre a bust up? .301 batting average over 10 seasons and averaging 47 stolen bases a year with decent range in the of. Oh, and a .304 postseason batting average. Bust up my ass. The Dodgers are way better with Pierre instead of manny the bum.

I just have one question about this blogger…Why does he extend out the winning percentage of the Dodgers with Manny in the lineup to three digits if he’s going to round the number? The winning percentage was .596… What a dope.

Anyone want some cheese with that wine?? Come on folks, he did it, let’s move on. Ortiz was bit and so was Alex Rodriguez. This is baseball in the 90′s and 00′s. The game’s getting cleaner but baseball has always been a game of trying to do anything to get ahead- stealing signs, spitballs (HOF Gaylord Perry anyone??), etc.
Manny is still a very good player even at 37. Did Pierre fill in great- Oh yeah. But he’s been a bust up until this time, don’t forget that.

Manny is a disgrace to baseball and a mediocre player at best. I will not be rooting for the Dodgers next season unless Juan Pierre in in the outfield. Manny should be ready to fade away into oblivion.

As a Dodger fan, I only wish the team had put a steroid clause into that phat contract of Ramirez’s. Then they could opt out and put what is now an OK ballplayer (albeit steroid-free!) out to pasture where he belongs. Juan Pierre is a MUCH better player and the Dodgers are a MUCH better team with JP in left field. I just hope the Dodgers can hang on to Pierre.

I’m just glad the Sox finally got rid of him and all his drama! From faking injuries to refusing to play to demanding trades one week and saying he wants to stay the next. Goodbye Manny!

The Dodger and Joe Torre deserve this headache. His numbers may be gaudy; but his best years are behind him. They were a far better team and I emphasize team when he was out on suspension. They faded badly down the stretch and Pierre had to sit in order to justify that big salary.
