The winning Yankee pitcher is throwing in the 70′s and 80′s. Meanwhile, we go to Chula Vista, California’s winning Little League World Series team.
I DON’T BELIEVE IT
Chula Vista’s pitcher threw 90 mph fastballs near the heads and bodies of 11 and 12 year olds. All of the homerun hitting Chula Vista players claimed to be 12 years old on May 1st. There was enough question that the supposed date of birth for each player was listed in the newspaper. Of course, birth certificates have been filed. Meanwhile, paper mills turn out fake ID’s faster than meter maids issue parking citations.
Little League is commissioned by U. S. Congress. Until the real date of birth for each player is confirmed, the integrity of U. S. Congress and Little League are on the line.
For what its worth, the Year 2001 LLWS Champion Bronx, New York team had a 14 year old cheater on the team. And, now, you know “THE REST OF THE STORY.” (I miss Paul Harvey.)

Say what you want what counts is the Umpires call,(If the camera wasn’t there it would have been in the seats)But I guess when they go in your teams favor you don’t mind.. just like when Ryan Howard short hopped the ball the other night and threw to Rollins and it was called a double play, wrong call but this one they got right so go cry somewhere else!

Not too surprised. Jeffrey Maher (sp?) helped the Yankees way back in a playoff game against Baltimore. They’re not good at play, they’re just good at getting good calls (as usual.)
