Oh do you mean Joba? Yeah I understand he mowed down the Big 12 north but thats not the same as triple a or MLB caliber. And when did I say that this was a written fact? Its a blog you moron. Its open for opinion. Joba is proven that he is better out of the bullpen than getting the start. He averaged 5 innings an outing this year with a 4.75 era and ranked fourth in the AL in walks. So like I said before, I could see Neftali following Jobas footsteps if they move him in the rotation.

The Sox are thinking of doing that with Bard and I want to shout from the rooftops that all 3 decisions are and were the dumbest moves a team can make pitching wise. Just because a guy comes in for one inning, throws 98 or 99mph and has 2 plus pitches doesnt make them starting pitching material. These guys do not have the experience or stuff to face a lineup more than twice. I think the Yankees shouldve used Joba as setup man so he could fully concentrate for the entire inning and bridge the gap to Rivera instead of having two strong innings out of his 5 inning outings.

One of those three pitchers is not like the others. He was a starter in college, and spent all his time in the minors as a starter and was only moved to the BP due to a dire need of relievers. check b-ref.com to find out, and then please stop trumpeting the above quoted as fact when it's horribly wrong.

Do not move Neftali into the rotation. Leave him to drop the hammer in the late innings.

I can remember reading article after article early this season about how the Red Sox had too much pitching. Then Dice-K tanked, Smoltz got beat up and knocked right out of town on waivers, then Brad Penny turned up again as the "bad penny" that gets passed around.

What, that's crazy! How could this happen. I even predicted that "Oddly, I like their [Red Sox]moves more than the Yankees. Penny and Smoltz could easily win more games than Sabathia and Burnett".
