Well, yeah...unless he&#039;s innocent.  Seems quite possible that he&#039;s being blackmailed, and that he&#039;s decided $140,000 is a worthwhile price to pay considering he&#039;ll make triple that in his first year at the major league minimum.  Is it innocent until proven guilty in the Dominican, or do they have a different framework there?]]></description>
