		<description><![CDATA[Jim Riggleman was the only choice based on an individual who motivated a bunch of sub mar major leagues. The played hard to the end unlike the Orioles that basically rolled over. He knows the game and if he is provided players in the near future he will have the Nationals on the raise in the Divison. Valentine could make it with a team that had talent and to consider him here, was a poor choice. Jim will have them playing hard again with the talent he has.  Phil Caruso]]></description>
