		<description><![CDATA[Nightengale has written before about the Tigers needing to trade people because of payroll. He&#039;s mistaken on that just like every other writer who&#039;s gone with that seemingly easy narrative.  The Tigers have no payroll concerns as far as 2011 is concerned, as they lose most of their bad contracts after 2010. And teams don&#039;t have fire sales of players that are currently cheap because of a one year salary crunch.]]></description>
