Color me unimpressed by what I’ve heard about Chapman. I’m glad the O’s are willing to spend, but I really don’t like who they’ve been attached to this off-season. Uggla? Chapman? Millwood? meh, OK, meh.

Chapman is most likely positively inclined to sign with the team that provides the highest (or at least close to the highest) bonus and a clear path and plan to the ML.
