		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m having a lot of trouble understanding Soriano&#039;s rights according to the CBA. Are you sure they are treated as free agents right now, making the June 16 no-trade go into effect? Or does he get treated that way only if they agree to a settlement before going to the third party arbitrator? Seeing as though the Braves tried to dissuade him from accepting, it seems to me that their best course of action would be to not settle and let it go to the arbitrator.
Either way, this is a gigantic mess. I have a feeling Vazquez is going to be traded late (for payroll reasons, not just as a chip) and the Braves won&#039;t get equal return, like Millwood-Estrada after 2002.]]></description>
