		<description><![CDATA[John Lackey, at one time; maybe between 2005 and 2007; might have been worth 16 or 17 mill per year. Now he&#039;s older and has had some injuries over the last few years. It seems like a bit of a gamble to give him too high a contract or for too many years. Maybe 12 mill per year for four years would be reasonable. But even that is a gamble considering his declining production. Some team might give him that big, fat, juicy contract though, because as we all know; there&#039;s a sucker born every minute.]]></description>
