This. Typically, you have to be a pretty experienced drinker to be capable of getting about 0.2 without passing out. Clearly, “pretty experienced drinker” does not necessarily equal “alcoholic”, but still, it sounds like this sort of night probably isn’t the exception for him.

That admission was a violation of the “two beer rule.” Shame on him.
To register .232 at 200 pounds he would have had to consume about 14 (12 oz beers, 5 oz glasses of wine, ordinary non double one shot mixed drinks or shooters).
And yes, to be able to even remotely attempt to drive at .232 and not be along the road heaving suggests a long pattern of use (just like with Miggy Cabrera).
