The guys at Fenway West bring up a good point (http://www.fenwaywest.com/2009-articles/december/mike-camerons-number-choice-will-be-interesting.html): what number will Mike Cameron claim as his own today? In the past, he's worn #44 (Jason Bay's number) and #25 (Mike Lowell's number). Both of those guys are presumably gone, but neither is official. Will Cameron get one of those numbers, choose a different number, or just pretend to choose a different number until they both are officially gone?

Granted, it's not all that big of a deal. But, as we all know, when it comes to the Red Sox, *everything* is a big deal.
