As a born-and-raised Detroiter who willfully and happily relocated to Minnesota several years ago, I&#039;m continually amazed how terrified Minnesotans are at their own weather.  Practically every city in the Frost Belt (almost all of them with outdoor parks) has the possibility of a snow-out in early April, and the Twin Cities(not being a lake-effect snow area) don&#039;t get significantly more snow/precipitation than any of them.  Don&#039;t let the weather terrorists win, the new ballpark will be great!]]></description>
