DeRosa at 3B does NOT give the Giants a better defense. Ishikawa is better defensively at 1B than Pablo. Pablo has a rocket arm and it makes up for some of the mistakes. Actually, I think Pablo is a better defensive alternative than DeRosa at 3B.

As a Dodger fan I am quite happy that Brian keeps making these wonderful acquisitons! Although I am concerned with the Dodgers lack of effort to acquire starting pitching. It should be an interesting 2010 season. The Rockies must be quite happy with how things are turning out this off season.
