Its not cool that the twins havent sighned joe mauer yet. we sigh jim thome a 1 yr deal for 1.5 mill. We dont even need him. jason kubel is our dh. We are wasting money we can be giving to joe mauers contract. i got a iffy feeling about this. you all remember what happen with johan santana. Not enough money to pay him, so we had to trade him for some crappy players. watch history repeats itself.

The best design for benches is silk. The cloth make the hard structure of the bench nicer while maintaining a classic look.

Poor Ted, they were using his head for batting practice at the lab, too. I doubt he could have taken much worse abuse on Gator’s park bench. Look Ted, I’m hitting .400 in this zone. Oops – I think we have a splinter. Splendid!

No, it’s not “cool.” It’s cryogenically severe up there. Ted Williams’ family could have saved a fortune by just keeping him in the meat locker between May and September, and sitting him on a park bench in Minneapolis the rest of the year.

Circle your calendars: TwinsFest 2010 (which The Common Man and I will be attending again) falls on the weekend of January 29-31, and it’s a big deal (by Minneapolis standards). January 29, 12 p.m.ish CST would be a highly appropriate time for a certain press conference to be held.
