Don’t forget that A-Rod tried and failed to give back millions of dollars to leave Texas for the Red Sox. Instead of buying his freedom however, they forced him to go play for the team with cell bars on their uniforms.

Yes, Homer, that seems likely. He didn’t turn down San Francisco because he thought he could still do better, he turned it down because he just LOVES Arizona and was absolutely DESPERATE to play there at a fraction of the price.

I agree Craig, this guy is craZy for playing where he chooses
rather than taking more money, he deserves to be blasted for such
a selfish move.He could have been made a hero by you and your fellow writers if he had just done the honorable thing and take the money, he is no A-Rod, who sacrificed and took the more money when he was offered by the Yankees.
