This is a hybrid. This is a cross, ah, of Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about this is, that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt that night on this stuff.

What up, MG? I assume your refering to my dim view of the bean town boys. Such anger over a post that gives much praise and recognition to a couple of Boston’s finest, Yaz and Rice. But thats as far as I go.
BTW… My armpits are none of your concern, they’re just fine being hairy and sometimes smelly, care for a wiff?

Anyone remember back in the Carl Yaz days of the late 60′s, the Boston left fielder was actually given ‘THE GROUND’ grass he walked/played on [you take your pick] at the end of the season. I don’t much like the Red Sux, well I do when they are playing my Yankees and we kick butt, but Yaz knew Fenway’s left field and infamous Green Monster ricochet angled line drives better than anyone else, keeping an opponents sure double to a mere single. Later, Jim Rice learned well, following in Yaz’s shadow.
And Craig, keep an eye on this guy Gator, re: his post up top. He’s been warned before that this is a family site. You must articulate for him or else he’ll wander into the upper stratosphere and have us all believing things that don’t exist, or that only he can comprehend.
By the way Gator, you any relation the AMAZIN KRESKIN? LOL

You can buy a ten pound bag of regular old grass seed for, oh, $12-15 or so………I guess Walmart really is ROLLING BACK PRICES…..
If you smoke grass you can’t go wrong…………

Aw, old news- Yankees grass seed and sod were available all last year at Home Depot around here.
In a marketing triumph, this same sod was used since 2006 at West Long Branch NJ H.S. This being New Jersey, the school district maybe or maybe didn’t pay the premium price.
Loft’s $( 5 lb Kentucky 31 works just as well. Save your money for the $12 beers.
