I remember Trot Nixon saying that when he joined Cleveland, that he was in the best shape of his life. He probably didn’t mean much by it, but, as a Red Sox fan, it certainly lowered my opinion of him. We paid him good coin, he got injured a lot, and now I find out that he wasn’t in great shape?
