Seriously??? She’s an entertainer. and She is the best selling female artist of the decade. WHO ARE U? lolz! seriously? It’s so funny how all celebs nowadays want publicity by mentioning Britney, yeah just the first name. lol.when they go to britney’s concert, they expected lip syncing already,people s willing to pay few hundred bucks to see her and the fantastic performances. OH and her recent tour grossed one of the best of 2009.The tour was sold out @ so many stadiums. So STFU already and do ya thing. let people do their things . stop talking shit bout other just to give u publicity.

First of, at least have the decency to spell Britney Spears’ name correctly.
I don’t see how you can comment on Britney’s life, based on what you see/read in magazines/newspapers (do you honestly believe all the crap that is reported about Britney?). And for your information, you as a parent should be the one raising your kids and teaching them, not Britney. And she has said she never wanted to be a role model.
Let’s just see, a SOLD OUT World tour which people that paid good money knew she lip syncs, still went out to see her. And during the recession. Britney clearly knows how to entertain and put on a show, otherwise people wouldn’t have bothered going.
So leave the Britney hate to yourself.

I gotta disagree with you Marianne. As the father of a teenage daughter (now 16), I was dragged to a couple of Brittany Spears concerts. (Although I am ashamed to admit so publicly). Not only is she completely overated as a musician, and she does lip-sync, not sing at her concerts, but she is a moral failure, not a idol or role model. Her lifestyle, awful parenting skills, substance abuse problems and lets say lack of moral character (remember the photos of a her ***** that circulated a while back?) make her very much like the athletes who kids look up to, only to be sadly disappointed when their heros are exposed (Sorry for the pun Brittany) as drug users, cheaters or in the case of Bradley, brooding, excuse making, selfish babies. I think Aaron got this one exactly right!

Hendry built up a lot of good will on some trades he made 5-6 years ago (Lee, Ramirez, Nomar), but I have to assume that good will has finally run out. It’s not the giant idiot mistakes you listed that bug me the most, it’s stupid things like giving multi-year/multi-million $ contracts to every no-hit utility infielder and veteran middle reliever that comes along.

Why don’t we give Hendry more heat for his moves than we do? The Moore’s, Sabean’s and Minaya’s of the world can make some room for Hendry. Soriano, Fukudome, Bradley… the list goes on. Hendry is starting to make a name for himself in the craptastic signings category too.
