		<description><![CDATA[Heyward may or may not live up to the hype, but the best thing he&#039;s got going for him is he&#039;s a great kid. Truly humble and raised by parents who taught him to treat others the way he wants to be treated.
Against Houston Saturday, he slid into home just ahead of the throw and could have wiped out the catcher who was partially blocking the plate. At 6-5, 245, the carnage he left would have been considerable.
Instead, Heyward reached up as he got up and steadied the catcher, keeping him from falling.
A small thing, maybe, but something that speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.]]></description>
