It makes no difference the blosux are looking at third or fourth place . They could beat the Yankees the rest of the games they have together, and third if they’re lucky and fourth hopefully is where they’ll end up .

It does seem a bit slanted, but it all evens out in the end as far as home-stands goes. The Yankees are going to be spending a LOT of time in the Bronx as the season progresses.

Um, are the Red Sox EVER going to leave Fenway this year? This is the second time the Yanks are going to Boston to play them in the first month of the season. Are they actually too afraid to go to the Bronx anymore? And not only are the Yankees going to Boston for the second time, they’ve already done a West Coast swing. Who made up the schedule this year, Peter Gammons?

Small correction: Os swept the Red Sox at fenway in 98. First time they’ve swept at home in 36 years.
