Hello Boo Hoo! Kindly read my comments a little more carefully. I was referring to certain players as being third rate and second rate. As far as Florio is concerned, one of his best attributes is that he is not based in New York and yes he has picked on my team (the Bills).

This column is called Hardball Talk, not New York Baseball Talk. Fans outside New York have no interest in the 5th starter for the Yankees and have no interest in their fragile DH. Who cares if the Metropolitans ennd of of their over rated, high priced mistakes to the bull pen?
LOL! My Captcha words are “say yucky”. That kind of describes the quality of Hardball Talk. Pro Football Talk is much more interesting.

Guess what? There are more fans of New York baseball teams than almost any other baseball teams. One would expect more media coverage of those teams than of most other teams, and shouldn’t waste energy complaining about that which is logical and inevitable. There are plenty of places to find coverage of every team, including here when a story is interesting or of remotevly national significance.
