		<description><![CDATA[Honestly, I can see this.  When you injure yourself, you have to learn to trust the injured part again.  It&#039;s psychological more than physical.  Physically it&#039;s just fine, but in your head...you&#039;re still not entirely sold on it for a little while.  Just like any part of the game, it&#039;s one thing to be able to do it in practice.  Doing it in a game has that added mental component.]]></description>
