Lots of parallels between Nava and Kevin Millar. Independent League guys who did nothing but hit at every level when given the chance. Nava’s not going to be a superstar, but I think the bat is legit.

With the outfield desimated by injuries the Red Sox just might get the much needed defensive relief they sorely need and get a bat to go along with it. Ellsbury on the DL and Cameron not being quite ready to play everyday, Nava will be the perfect fit in the outfield. McDonald can fill the roll as a very good utility outfielder. Let’s hope this long suffering young man can be the phenom we hope for. Keep it going Daniel.
