Quote of the Day II: Homer Bailey on Soccer

Jun 15, 2010, 1:28 PM EDT

“Soccer is a communist sport. And I don’t care if you use that.”

Reds pitcher Homer Bailey to Hal McCoy of the Dayton Daily News.  Bailey went on to talk about how war is too important to be left to politicians, about how he can no longer sit back and allow Communist infiltration,
indoctrination, subversion and how me must put a stop to the international
Communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily
fluids.

This really impresses me. As an American, I am sickened by how fast our so called leaders are turning the country communist, under the guise of saving it. We should all be ready to fight this great evil, but Americans continue to sleep and play dumb. It sure bothers the hell out of me, so I sure do support any fellow American with the balls to speak out about this, even though others are sure to jump all over him…because they want their lifetime unemployment checks and 100% last yearly salary government pension, with yearly 3% increases. State budgets be damned.

That was just the still politically incorrect Marge Schott from heaven, communicating through her medium, Homer Bailey. Not some uneducated baseball player trying to make a political statement. Hopefully Marge/Homer stays away from complimenting The Fuhrer this time around.

    I hope this is satire…
