They use revenue sharing to generate a profit and provide nothing to the improvement of player procurement and development. This is why Bud Selig is the most inept and overpaid baseball commissioner of recent history. The Royals should be bought out and eliminated from the baseball scene rather than rewarded for their ineptness. They are a huge blot on the integrity of the national pastime. If a chain is only as strong as the weakest link then baseball should review revenue sharing before franchises with a similar mentality use the payments as their personal piggybank results in impacting successful franchises.
