Jerry Seinfeld, Keith Hernandez to be reunited next week

Jun 18, 2010, 9:25 AM EDT

That must've been one magic loogie.

In a move that will delight everyone over the age of 30 and confuse everyone under, Jerry Seinfeld will join Keith Hernandez in the SNY booth for next week’s Mets-Tigers game. Seinfeld is scheduled to show up during the top of the third inning and will stay for at least three innings.

“Seinfeld” freaks like me will enjoy it. We’re just wired like that. I’ve seen every episode 1,406 times and I’d still watch one if you turned it on right now.

But I’m NOT driving him to the airport!

But, will you help him move? Would be great if Jerry went all Newman on Keith and said, “Nice game, pretty boy.’

Don’t call Jerry over the weekend- he’ll be worrying about what to wear. Is George gonna go on with Michael Kay and Paul O’Neill?

I don’t think I care, unless Larry David is scripting this thing.

only problem with this is that if you want to see seinfeld on there, you’ll have to watch a mets game. if i wanted to watch a bunch of puerto ricans playing tee ball, i’d go to san juan. since i want to watch a real baseball team, i’ll go to the bronx.

Hey buddy. Just about every semi educated male in his 20s and some cool females know about Seinfeld. It’s only been in syndication for my entire childhood. So go ahead a fix that sentence to everyone over the age of 20.
