I mean, if his demands were known before they were able to make an offer, isn’t it reasonable to assume they’ve been negotiating with his agent and have a pretty good idea of where Dunn stands on his demands? Why make a formal offer if you know he won’t take it? Doesn’t mean they aren’t working to sign him…keep negotiating and make the offer when you have at least a verbal agreement. Saves work.
