Miguel Tejada grounds out for the cycle

Jul 28, 2010, 11:01 AM EDT

The best screen cap you’re going to see all day comes courtesy of Flip Flip Fly Ballin’.  I’m sure a night like Tejada had on Monday is going to totally stoke his trade value. C’mon, Detroit! You know you want him!

Other wonderfulness from Flip Flop: A series of pixel drawings of baseball greats. Well, they’re not all greats — he’s got one of Joe West — but they’re all inspired. I think the Jayson Werth is the best. If I had seen these back when I was playing Atari Baseball on my old 2600 I would have plotzed. Wait, who am I kidding. I saw it just 15 minutes ago and I plotzed.

(thanks to reader Bryan P. for the heads up)

I heard the Phillies are focusing on this guy for infield help.
BTW. how much weight does a pixel drawing remove ? Or is that Joe West from before Quatto moved into his neck?

The flying Molina brothers would argue that you have not properly grounded out for the cycle unless you also have grounded out to RF.

Am I the only one annoyed by the misalignment of the text on the scoreboard?

BTW I know this really gets Craig going. The year of the pitcher may be year of the rookie too. Dom Brown might get the call up with Victorino hurt. http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/phillies/20100728_Trades_could_affect_Domonic_Brown.html
