With the first win-or-go-home game of the 2010 playoffs set for tonight in Tampa Bay, let’s see how good the Hardball Talk posse is at predicting the future:

    TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMPPPPPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Better pitcher? Lee. But the momentum seems to finally be with the Rays and their bats. And maybe this once, home field advantage and the largest crowd ever at a Rays home game will matter.
I’m going out on a limb and saying Rays 6, Rangers 4.

I must go with Cliffy and Texas. Cliffy is just so dreamy…….

“Poll: Will the Rangers or Rays win Game 5 tonight?” Good question. Yes, I do think the Rangers or Rays will win Game 5 tonight.

    it’s a win-win!

  6. JBerardi - Oct 12, 2010 at 4:19 PM

Price will be a better pitcher than Lee over the course of their respective careers. I don’t know if that starts tonight though…

Stone cold mortal lock bet Cliff Lee. The man is money. David Price has pitched to many innings for a young guy and he is obviously feeling it. Final score 6-3 Rangers.

  8. JBerardi - Oct 12, 2010 at 9:38 PM

These 97 mph fastballs say otherwise.
