		<description><![CDATA[Tony Jackson of ESPN Los Angeles has reported that due to the large number of managerial vacancies, it was written into Wallach&#039;s contract that he could prioritize which vacancies he wanted to be considered for and clearly he did not consider the Blue Jay&#039;s job high on his list. The Dodgers feared that if he threw his hat into the ring for all openings they would be unable to finalize their coaching staff until well into the offseason.]]></description>
