Yeah, it would be extremely funny. I can’t even begin to imagine the arguments.
It does raise a question…If in fact the courts do rule that she has always been owner of the Dodgers, wouldn’t she have been tacitly or “de facto” approved (I don’t know the appropriate legal term) by the old boys club, thereby making any argument by MLB moot?
