Well that’s a given anyway… That team shocked me this year. With all that hardware, and they just can’t pull it off.. It’s as if they really are a bunch of poopy pants.

If a pitcher is still developing….he needs to pitch as much as possible, learn to use all of his pitches, develop control, and learn to pace himself. None of these things happen in the bullpen. The bullpen is where failed starters go….a smart team develops him as a starter and sends him to the pen after he fails at starting….not before.

Ardolis is still a WIP, I agree with Dusty. He needs to work on his location which is everywhere. Has anyone told him he doesn’t have to throw it as hard as he can???
