My how Tony DeMarco’s tune has changed in one day! Rangers squeaked out ONE victory and he’s falling all over himself with “see I predicted it correctly!” what a poser.

As to who is watching….you can bet if Phillies were playing the Rangers….the entire baseball loving West Coast would maybe check out the box scores…right after finishing the Crossword and re-arranging the liquor cabinet.

Bengie was a great and popular Giant. At the time he was traded (as I recall) he wasn’t hitting all that well, but he certainly got heathy with the Rangers. I think most Giants fans are happy that Buster has turned out to be the guy we’d been hearing about on the radio for two years – but we are also happy for Bengie doing well. Good guy.

Also, the Giants would have Matt Cain in that game 6. That definitely bears mentioning because he was in complete command of game 2.
