		<description><![CDATA[If this does get tossed it&#039;s disgusting. Regardless of the inebriety of the victim, he killed a person running a light while drunk. It could have been a kid on a bike, and not a drunk woman. And I&#039;m sure prosecution will remind the jury of this appropriately. Slam dunk isn&#039;t the word for what this case should be. Wouldn&#039;t the &quot;pity&quot; part be more useful to him at sentencing time?]]></description>
