		<description><![CDATA[I think it goes beyond not being able to pitch in the AL , it appeared his fastball  was gone , at first they thought it was a dead arm , but he never got any of his usual movement back and barely broke 90 on the radar gun . He is probably going to end up a long reliever or used in mop up situations . I&#039;m sure someone will sign him as a starter , but he&#039;ll probably fail in that role .]]></description>
