		<description><![CDATA[The Jays offered arbitration to both of their Type A Free Agents and all three of their Type B Free Agents. They are looking at possibly 7 extra high draft picks next year: however it is possible that Type A Free Agent Jason Frasor might accept arbitration. If he does, the Jays would still get an extra 5 high draft picks.]]></description>
