I had to register because of this post since it is filled with so much wrong.

First off the O's have a healthy farm system? You might be thinking of a couple seasons ago, the O's should come in around #20 this season, the only two guys they have that look like they could be impact major leaguers right now are Britton and Machado.

Did you see the O's did not offer arbitration to Koji and Millwood? Thats right yet again the O's will not be getting any comp picks this season, did you see that the Rays might get 10? The Sox are also in line to have a handfull of picks before the O's get their second. Do you think the O's can outfarm these teams when they don't play the arbitration game the right way and refuse to invest heavily in international talent?

The O's have no 3rd baseman, you think Reynolds strikes out a lot? Did you see what Bell did last year in his audition? 53 strikeouts in 159 at bats, with a grand total of 2 walks. Bell also managed to hit just .214 despite a 301 BABIP. At least Reynolds can give some blame to his low BA to a poor BABIP.

Reynolds needs to improve his plate discipline? Here I thought he had 83 walks last season, 10 more then any Oriole hitter. He was also top 5 in P/PA an area that the Yankees, Sox and Rays were all much better then Baltimore was last season. Just because a player has a high K rate does not mean they have to discipline, that is an amateurish mistake to make.

Also AM won't make a "desperation" trade, he is looking at sending David Hernandez and maybe some filler. Desperation would be sending someone like Britton.
