Actually Jeff Francoeur would be a good pickup, assuming he only played against left handed pitchers. For his career he’s a solid 299/343/481 player. Batting him against right handers if asking to lose.

Problem is, based on his statements last year, he wouldn’t be happy playing only against lefties. But that might be the only way he gets to play on a winning team.

So if he platooned with Brown it would be a good combo.
