The Cubbies FO is active as usual. Pitchers don’t recover from shoulder surgery. Very few ever pitch effectively again. Some do make it, but always with reduced stuff. If Webb recovers he will be a number four or five starter. But, hey, who knows, maybe he’s got a great knuckleball.
