		<description><![CDATA[Toronto&#039;s young GM is from Montreal and started his career with The Expos. He is obviously familiar with Cordero. I was surprised to find that Cordero is still only 28. He is young enough to still have some upside potential. 
So far, there is no mention of Cordero in the Toronto newspapers. The team has said nothing. The only source for the story is Cordero&#039;s agent.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I had forgotten about Cordero. Thanks for the info. He certainly is a worthwhile signing if it is a minor league contract. If he regains his former all star form, he just might be a great signing. At his best, he was much better than Gregg ever was.]]></description>
