THe bullet is or isn’t from his gun. That should be simple enough to say. If not, he makes spring training.

If yes, I am not sure how “others shooting” helps him. It’s not a defense to shooting in the air. It might create a sense of chaos, but, just because others are shooting in the air doesn’t mean its ok too.

All in all though it doesn’t seem like a Ugeth Urbina situation, Even if he pleads to something, he may pitch again in the majors.
