Hope springs eternal for every team in the offseason, but the A&#039;s on paper made some nice, reasonable cost moves this Winter. The key for them in 2011 will be health, and that, sadly, is not a &quot;talent&quot; shared by enough of their starters. When healthy the A&#039;s can play with the Rangers because of their rotation. But by August either team could be reduced to a shadow of it&#039;s April self. It&#039;s a thin division, no team has any real depth, and whoever can put their best guys on the field most often will probably win, except for the Mariners, who really don&#039;t have enough. Kind of an obvious statement, but really true this year for the Angels, Rangers, and A&#039;s.]]></description>
