Yea thats as good of a starting 3 in the league outside of san fran.That bein said if you dont think the cards would of done any better(i tend to agree),imagine this year with Lee on that staff!Its almost unfair.

I’m not gonna blame Cincinnati’s offense based on a 3 game sample because they had to face Halladay, Oswalt and Hamels. I wouldn’t expect the Cards to have done any better in that series.

p.s. I dont mean to disrespect pujuols I just thought Votto deserved it this year.I realize Albert is an all time great and Joey would be lucky to have close to his career,still Votto was better this year.

Yea like the great lineup that got about five hits in the series against Philadelphia?Or maybe the pitching staff led by Arroyo ans Harrange.I’ll give you cueto can be good but thats not always the case and chapman didnt show up until september.
