Maybe the Blue Jays swoop in with a one-year deal, but I feel like they’ve got enough parts to have a rotating DH situation up there. Maybe the Mariners get in on it, but then they’ve got to play Cust in the field every day. Personally, I’d still like to see the Twins swoop in and add him (despite the fact he’d be the third DH on the roster), the lack of right-handed punch in that lineup is very disconcerting.

Tough offseason to be a hired gun who can’t play the field anymore.
