What he really needed to add was some offense and respectable bullpen pitching to boost his credentials. He had a great year last season, but I think every one of Wagner’s blown saves came at Hanson’s expense, or the offense gave him zilch.

34 starts
25 starts giving up 2 ER or less (9-4 record, so 11 ND’s giving up 0-2 ER!)
15 starts giving up 1 ER or less (6-3 record, so 9 ND’s after giving up 1 ER)
8 starts giving up 0 ER (4-1 record)

Almost as bad as Johan (# of games Santana won in 2010 after allowing more than 1 run = 1)

So, with that well established muscle authority on the record, how does our boy Hanson add 10 in less than half a year? Maybe it IS the beard?

I gained 10 lbs of muscle last week too. That was one big meatloaf…..

Tommy “must be” using roids if he hasn’t crapped out that 10 lbs by spring training.. No HOF for you!!!!
