		<description><![CDATA[I haven&#039;t understood inning limits for pitchers in a long time. What matters more is the number of pitches thrown. 

Is it somehow worse if a guy throws 100 pitches but goes 8 rather than the guy who throws 100 pitches and only makes it through 5? Odds are the guy who only got through 5 threw a lot more high stress pitches.]]></description>
